Privacy Policy and SMS Terms

The GK Blueprint is a goalkeeper mentorship business run by Nate Martinez ("we," "us"). This page explains what information we collect through our website and readiness check, how we use it, and the terms for the text messages we send.

Information we collect

When a parent or guardian completes the goalkeeper readiness check, we collect:

• The parent or guardian's name, email address, and mobile phone number
• The goalkeeper's first name, age group, level, goals, and whether they have worked with a private coach
• The answers to the readiness check questions
• Basic website and advertising data, such as pages visited (collected by the Meta Pixel and similar tools)

The readiness check is meant to be completed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

How we use it

• To send you your goalkeeper's readiness results by email and text message
• To follow up about a free evaluation and about goalkeeper training and mentorship
• To understand which of our ads and pages are working

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the business, such as our customer records system (HubSpot), email provider (Gmail), text message provider (Twilio), scheduling tool (Calendly), and advertising platform (Meta). They handle your information only to provide their service to us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS terms

• Program: The GK Blueprint sends text messages with your goalkeeper's readiness results and follow-up about goalkeeper training.
• Consent: By checking the box on the readiness check and submitting your mobile number, you agree to receive these text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies, typically a few messages after you complete the readiness check.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the email below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Email

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time by replying "stop" to any email, or by contacting us at the address below.

Your choices and data

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you or your goalkeeper by contacting us. We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the services above, and delete it when you ask.
